Thanks to the Custom Call Center and Business Management Systems developed for the Institutions, the complaints, suggestions and requests received by the Institution are collected via telephone, web, e-mail, fax, personal application, letter and recorded under a single platform and transferred to the relevant units within the business management system, processes are followed.
