184 Tobacco Reporting Line
The 184 Tobacco Reporting Center receives phone notifications made by witnesses of tobacco and tobacco product use in places where their use is prohibited, and provides 24/7 service. Business data where tobacco use is detected is recorded through software by filling in the relevant fields in the case form.
The 184 Tobacco Reporting Center software works in integration with the Smoke-Free Airspace Control System (DHSDS). Thus, the data recorded through the software is automatically transferred to the DHSDS software and the notification is delivered to the inspection teams. Calls can be transferred to relevant queues, and quick intervention is ensured. By means of notifications made in areas where tobacco use is prohibited, it aims to prevent adverse effects on public health.
