The National Poison Solidarity Center is a call center that provides 24/7 service to doctors and citizens regarding poisoning. Registration can be done by filling in the mandatory fields in the case form after asking questions to the caller. Calls can be transferred to relevant queues with case forms, and the stock quantities of antioxidants and antidotes in the antidote stock center map in the software can be viewed.

Guides prepared for the application of the recommended antioxidant and antidote to the patient are sent to relevant email addresses through the system. In addition, detailed poisoning profiles in Turkey are extracted from the Reports menu in the application and published by the Ministry of Health.
